Yeah exactly. We’ll definitely be bringing in another striker tomorrow. Geertruida is being linked with us now. I know Liverpool were heavily linked with him last season. That’ll be another quality signing we’ve done.

BBC are quoting £125m
Probably 5m add-ons. I think the original offer was 75m-80m this year and the rest spaced out over the next two years. Wonder if it’s the same kind of structured deal in place. Can’t see Liverpool giving them all of it one go.

It’s like footballing Xmas today.

wonder what unexpected deals will go through today?

I think that could be it for Pool. Not sure they will get Guehi (not sure if that’s how you spell it) across the line.
Utd desperately need a keeper. Not sure you’ll see much from Arsenal and Chelsea will sign another half a dozen. City is a strange one for me as yesterday’s performance looked weak on all fronts, how that relates to last minute signings is an unknown. Been impressed with Sunderland and they may have a couple up their sleeves.

If we can get a top LW (Semenyo the dream but almost certainly not happening) then I’ll be well happy with our window after the signings of Kudus, Palhinha and Simons. First time in a while we’ve gone for a number of proven and experienced players.

Although rumours that Solanke may need surgery so a new ST could be a late target too.

Will be a club or two with…..

If you combine the Coutinho and Ben Doak sales and spread the cost over 60 monthly payments he only actually cost 8p net net before tax.

Imagine if City spent £250m or whatever it was on Isak and Wirtz. The internet would probably explode and Sucky would shoot up a school.

Liverpool have now spent over £400 million in this transfer window ... but it's Pep who's a fraud...<laugh>
