Got to be honest I'm amazed Cole Palmer has stayed there and not wanted out, they are holding him back. I think in hindsight it is my one disappointment with Pep. Yeah, yeah I went along with it at the time, but I'm not paid stupid money to make such decisions. I feel like Palmer is stuck in a bit of quandary at the moment, and at 23 he can't afford to be, he needs to move on - unless their gaffer can do some serious work with that Chelsea side.

Big Ange always wins a trophy in his second season...

Enzo Maresca just wins one every season ... 3 in 3 ...

Chelsea are going to be real title contenders this season ... now got a cutting edge and strength in depth in all positions ... although I do think they'll bring in another keeper ...

Yeah I've already said Fosse in my discussion with Bod, playing much better as a team than they did last season. Feels promising.

I stand by everything I said before, I judge on what I see not what hindsight tells us, I think it helped him finally giving Jackson a bollocking (think it was Jackson).

Was just pulling your plums tbf... the most impressive thing for me was their defensive solidity ... compare that to how both Liverpool and Arsenal got shredded ...

It was good to see, but they now need to impress in real competition, the Premier League and Champions League where consistency is the priority. I thought PSG looked poor tonight, allowing Chelsea to bully them all over the park.

NUFC dropped Barclays when the takeover went through as Amanda Stavely had a legal battle against them (Barclay's). I've read this whole thing previously, years ago so not sure if it's just a rehashed thing of it but club have been with HSBC since then.

Nah mate just been a slow day on our board and the little red flag popped up. If we'd done something new I would have held my hands up but I knew they dropped Barclay's like a hot turd once takeover was done <laugh>

How's tricks with you anyway?

PSG just never got their passing game going.
I have watched pretty much every game they have played in this tournament and a player rarely held on to the ball for more than 2 or 3 seconds.
Not sure but maybe tonight Chelsea stopped that instant pass by designe/tactics.

Yeah, I’m okay mate. I’ve got my oldest staying with me for a few months which is nice.

You alright?

Nice one and same. Never watched any of the women’s footy and doubt I’ve watched more than 100mins of that CWC tournament.
