Yes, and Diego is saying that he will be replacing the ****, not playing alongside the ****.

Both he an Cunha mean that the likes of Rashford, Antony, Sancho etc. don't get back in. They never supplied the the forwards, who then miss whatever scraps they get given.

The big sticking point for me is the keeper, he needs to be changed.

A decent proven experienced number nine would of course be a bonus. All sorts of names being bandied about, most of which is obviously media bollocks.

Whilst mbuemo had a great season and cunha looks like a great player (would love him at Chelsea), i would say cunha is a great goal getter and but mbuemo is more of a creator, not something you were lacking. They will both play as the inside forwards and not your striker as hojlund and zirkzee are your two strikers up top

Wouldn't be at all surprised if United were to come in for our keeper, Mads Hermandsen... he's a talent and we need to bring money in ... plus we have excellent cover in Jacob Stolarcyk whi came through the academy and was terrific in the end of season games when he came in after Hermandsen got injured ...

You missed a trick not going for kelleher... Not sure he would've joined tho tbh straight From us anyway.

The price was 1 year left on his contract rather than a reflection of his ability imo

Hes Deffo better than what you have currently

All sorts of options/****e being touted about.

How's about this - Villa have Rashford or Garnacho, we have Martinez (and/or Watkins)
Barca have Rashford - we have Ter Stegen
Juve want Sancho - we have Vlahovic
Chelsea want Garnacho, with Nkunku going the other way.
Napoli want Sancho and Garnacho, but essentially want them for free as they don't want to pay anything.

I'd happily take the first four of the above though.
