We signed Wilson Odobert the other day - and yep, like you lot, I’d never heard of him. Played the majority of games for Burnley last season. Having now watched some YouTube clips to deem myself an expert, he’s more or less the French Ronaldinho, so happy days.

Looks like Leicester are trying to sign Oli Skipp from us now, a year after getting Harry Winks.

Been linked with Skipp all summer mate - but one of the more unlikely tbh - we've already got similar - currently bit of a striker crisis with only Tom Cannon fit to play ... so that's more a priority ... although we keep getting gazumped...<laugh>

Romano and Ornstein reporting a medical today and then deal likely completed tomorrow.

Possibly, how much is he rumoured to be going for?

Our local journo, Alasdair Gold, who's basically the unofficial mouthpiece for Spurs has also confirmed what Ornstein's reporting so I'd say it's 100% happening, Gold's never wrong with Spurs news. Fee seems to be in excess of £20m.

Personally really happy with that, I think it's a decent deal all around too. Skipp's not a bad player by any means but doesn't really fit the system and he needs to be playing week in, week out now.

For £20m Levy is bundling him into the back of the Bentley and driving up there himself if he has to get it done. World’s gone mad. £20m!

Excess of £20m too.

It makes up for us getting bummed by Marseille over the Hojbjerg fee though. Will only get about £16m when the obligation is triggered for him, was expecting closer to £30m.

with Everton, Forest and possibly Leicester getting PSR points deductions. United given special loss protection, Chelsea spending like mad and City’s 115 charges.

Newcastle, Villa all selling to meet PSR rules….something looks fishy
