Really? He’s still their best offensive player by some distance for me.

If it happened earlier in the window then wouldn’t be such a huge issue but if they lose their star man on deadline day then it has huge implications for their season.

We've had this discussion before bro, stop living in the past. :bandit: Look how well Kane is doing for himself, we shouldn't deny Salah the same opportunity, afterall we all know who was Klopps real favourite.

I agree for the amount of money that I saw Luv mention further on, I would be selling. I've never felt that Salah has been the same since Mane left anyway, maybe I'm wrong and the stats show differently (haven't looked) but I apply the same logic as I did with Kane, I feel it's crazy to build your whole team around one ageing man, for the sort of money being chucked around, you should be building a young substainable team and if you can't do that with £200M of easy money, then they are worse than Pep is how I see it. <whistle>

Salah like Kane guarantee goals. Just becusse they’re over 30 (Messi, Ronaldo, Lewandowski, Zlatan all scored lots of goals at an old age) doesn’t mean it’s time to get rid and buy the next Mo Salah or Harry Kane. That’s why Klopp is so eager to keep Salah.

Let’s say Liverpool get £200million, who you signing to replace his goals? Look at Chelsea, spent a billion and they will probably still be miles off the title this season.

Someone needs to tell Kloppy that nobody's holding a gun to Liverpool or any other club's head to sell.

Note, he was all too happy to sell Henderson and Fabinho for excessive amounts to middle-eastern leagues when it suited, which helped him fund transfers I doubt they would've otherwise made.

If you play the game don't cry about it after.

We need to potect the game, wtf? <laugh>

Since when has the Premier League been about protecting the game, I didn't see anyone trying to protect Bury, I didn't see anyone trying to protect non league Dover, when they were heavily fined during covid.

What's happening now is a comeuppance suck it up Kloppy chops.

Klopp is all over the place in his opinions and what he actually does. There is a complete lack of consistency.

If he is so for protecting the game here is a little simple solution for him, that any of the big players let alone big clubs could afford to pay off, a measly £275k, any charitable donations welcome...

any financial donations have until 4th October to do so, anyone....anyone....protecting the game pmsl! <laugh>

A weeks wages to some players.

Apparently Newcastle want Lloris?

Ironic considering his last appearance at SJP was his last game for Spurs and he was absolutely dreadful.
