Nah, dont think I have ever put anyone on ignore.....maybe once, cant remember who it was though, certainly wasnt you.

Indeed ... I am not at all comfortable that I can maintain my unassailable lead ... but my greatest fear is that I might in some way become known as 'the Arsenal of Not606' which is phonetically way too close to what Ponky is often described as ... <whistle>

Saudi's got way more money than brains tbh

There hasn't been a signing so far that has made me go "wow really, him?!" They're all way past it, way too expensive and are going to ****ing hate playing a desert.

Neves and Milinkovic-Savic have taken me by surprise to be honest.

Thought Neves was destined to join a CL side sooner or later and SMS has been one of the best CMs in Europe for a while. Sure it weren't even more than a couple years ago where Lazio rejected about £100m for him.

He's dropped in value by £60m in a few years?

On Neves, I can understand why people felt that was a big shocker, but in the context of his apparent move to Barca falling through, he was destined to a club which could afford his quite outlandish wage demands.

Neves was apparently asking too much for Barca, and then Al-Hilal said they'd pay it. He's not the first greedy one in football.
