Tielemans would be a good addition to any squad for the £12m or so he’d cost, or free if they wait a little longer.
Gordon could be decent under Howe or he could be an absolute donkey, I’d be worried if my club blew their budget on him, but with a spare $3Tn or whatever it is the Newcastle owners have I’m not sure they will give too much of a ****.
I recall you posting this just over a year ago when your lot had blown half a billion and we hadn't spent but were bottom of the league.

well looks like it came true. Howe has a great record of taking talent from Merseyside. Ibe, Solanke…….Hope Gordon bucks the trend.
I have no doubt that Howe will get more out of him in this Newcastle team than Lampard did for Everton. 40m worth? I doubt it but it is what it is.
Lampard had him of about 1/3 of his Everton career. His output below what I think he is able to get. But if Don Carlo saw him in an attacking/10 role, maybe that’s where Howe will get best from him.
