If we get Amrabat, we'll have had an excellent transfer window. Hojlund, Mount, Onana, Amrabat exceeds anything that most United fans expected.

We now need a LB which looks to be Cucarella (sp) on loan which is only to cover both our LB injuries.

A CB would've finished it off nicely but nobody expected us to cover it all.

I'll be delighted.
As I’ve always maintained, I’ve never been convinced about Mount. My opinion is that he’s a poor signing. Maybe I’m just used to United signing the top quality players. Hojlund could be anything and Onana looks suspect. Obviously, not fair to judge until they’ve all played for a season.

Amrabat will be a quality signing.

Can you recommend somewhere nice to eat for me and my lass in December. We are staying at the Radisson, Manchester Airport and somewhere close by would be great :)

Fati is brilliant player. I was hoping we'd go in for him too

Brighton have done well to get him on loan and they are becoming a very decent outfit.

Yeah the only thing a couple of people on our mentioned that I weren’t really aware of is that he’s missed a lot of football the last couple of seasons through injury so there’s a bit of concern as to how he’d hold up but if he can stay fit Brighton’s got a baller for the season.

Watching us, a lot of our attacking play is stifled by the lack of a proper CF.

Mount had a similar problem at Chelsea. I'd judge the likes of Antony, Sancho, Mount, and even Rashford once Hojlund starts (it will be a judgement on him also).

I've not eaten round the airport but get the tram into Deansgate mate. Goes direct about half an hour if you've got time. There's a few there I'd defo recommend - Revolution De Cuba - good spanish food, about 10/11pm the bar area turns into a bit of a club area but the dining continues and it's a great vibe. Also Peaky Blinders. Something a bit nicer with the girlfriend is 20 Stories, nice setting, good food and great view of the city at night.

As Spurly said, there's the curry mile in Wilmslow. If you go there defo My Lahore is the one to go to imo, food is top notch and they're good ppl in there.

Edit: Where are you off to from the airport btw?

Always one of my 1st buys on fm23.

Baller

Utd being linked with taking Reguilon on loan from us.

He’s actually a decent player, not really sure why he’s been so disrespected by us. Sessegnon is miles worse and Davies is a better defender but not a better modern FB. He’s probably the second best all round LB we’ve got after Udogie who looks the bollocks.

I think Cucurella is 1st option and Reguilon is 2nd.

We're faffing around with this though. Supposedly paying Chelsea £2m for the loan ffs <doh> so there'll probably be a payment to you if we go for Reg.

£2m loan fee ain’t too shabby in fairness. I doubt we’d ask for that much for Reguilon though, rumours are we’d accept just £11m to sell him, cost us £23m. Again though, find his treatment very odd by us.

We aint buying (anyone) mate so you can forget that <laugh>

Agree, how Sessignon was getting in above him is mindboggling. Mind you, how Sessignon was getting in above a tub of houmous was also questionable.

We’ve just loaned out Dane Scarlett to Ipswich, managed by our (and Utd’s) former coach, Kieran McKenna.

So we’ve sold Kane, loaned out the youth striker on the edge of the first team and have left ourselves with Richarlison and a young striker we signed form Argentina who Ange has said won’t play for the first half of the season and we’re not linked with any striker to come in, just Brennan Johnson - who I rate, but we don’t necessary need him as we’ve got enough wide forwards.

Swear my football club lacks serious brain cells.
