I say bring Giroud, Douglas, Zaha and Cissokho. Happy with that and even more happy if we keep our best players. First signing though has to be Colo on a new deal.

Would be more than happy with that, think the main priorities would be Douglas and Cissokho. Also think it maybe time to move on at least 2 of Best, Ameobi and Lovenkrands and certainly move on Ranger.

Why would we get rid of Best? He's a pretty solid striker especially for a backup. Do you seriously think we can have players of the qualitie of ba, starting and as back ups, not going to happen mate.

Getting rid of Shola i agree.
 
Pretty obvious ones for me: Ameobi (won't happen, should have 5 years ago!), Perch - not good enough at this level in any role, Lovenkrands - great lad but best days are gone, Kadar - I liked him but clearly has not progressed and is not rated, Smith, I'd probably bite the bullet on Gosling also.

I would have said Guthrie up until this year but he has been a different fitter player
 
I definitely think Lovenkrands will be gone, he's had hardly any pitch time this year and seems a bit cheesed off. Not good enough for PL anymore, maybe Hughton will buy him if Brum don't get promotion this year?

No one has mentioned the possibility of some big name departures this summer. Not saying I want it but I reckon Ba will be gone in the summer, especially if there is a buy out clause. Probably Cabaye on his way as well, bet Manure will come in for him.

As for in's- they like to keep us guessing but hoping it'll be someone class who few have heard of! (In Carr I trust)
