max, if the boy wants to go then what can we do? we'll just have to see how much money we get for him. it is disappointing but at least we have a conveyor belt of decent keepers
Why are we going to let Jed Steer go to Villa? The kid looks pretty decent from what i've seen!!
it's not been confirmed yet - could still fall through, you never know! from what i know the lad is the one pushing for the move so it'd be pointless trying to stop it.
Whilst it is clear that Steer is a good young keeper, with Ruddy, Bunn and Rudd he is maybe 4th choice to playing in the first team.

Surely he wont be playing first team football at Villa. he would be 2nd or 3rd choice behind Guzan and a 21year old keeper that i forget the name of (but is fairly well rated by Villa fans).
With Declan Rudd going to Preston on loan for a year he would be 3rd choice, so if he decides to go are we going to have to sign another keeper.

Well, he's surely not going to Villa expecting first team football. I doubt if PL could seriously promise him greater opportunity at Villa Park than he has here at Carrow Road. But who knows what the lad is thinkiing or has been told.

With Rudd going on loan again and steer going that means we look like we will be seeing a new keeper at the club.
