Yeah I agree, hence the potentially. I doubt it will be as high as 6/7, seems like we’re struggling to shift some players on.

We need better than the two we had at the club already even though I rate them highly

that’s the reality of this league

Guiu simply hasn’t got evidence of doing that or being that so if we can make it happen we should for me

I do like Guiu I’m just saying if Chelsea are offering something decent to take him back and we can go for another striker who’s got a bit more pedigree I would

Fair enough mate I just don’t think they would have given him the number 9 and promised Chelsea game time if they didn’t think he was capable of being our first choice. All 3 of our strikers are off the mark now for the season so I personally think we are in a good place.

Can understand people wanting a more proven striker but I just think there’s other positions I’d like to cover as a priority.

I appreciate that and kinda agree. I just think it would be smart for us if we can do it

you’re right - nobody is saying we should just bend over and let them have Guiu back. They’d have to make it worth it for us.

All depends if we allow a few to leave on frees with % sell ons like we did with Ekwah
