Kiwior would be quality. My argument against us being able to sign him is that he'd have offers from Italian clubs in the Champions League, but actually we could possibly compete with that. Bournemouth would probably gazump us though!

Are you saying the only reason he hasn’t been playing is due to this minor injury?
This is a tricky one to figure out. I think this lad isn't nearly as bad as people are making out. I think at the price, he brings in plenty of experience that solidifies us.
He's left footed though and would surely be first choice. He's also Moroccan so will be missing during AFCON.
So then we reach the question of what do we target for our second CB signing? Someone to compete with Ballard or someone to compete with Aguerd (cover AFCON).
Maybe Diakite does it all.

Would much prefer Lucumi to Aguard. But I’m starting to think we’re being used by his agents to get him a European move/more established prem club. Can see Lucumi at Bournemouth the day after the Ukrainian lad signs on at PSG.
That being said can see the club just landing a player out of nowhere ala Roefs, someone with data access compare Lucumi and Aguards metrics and then find players that fit the profile and we will probably find the guy the clubs pulling for.
