I don't know much of him other than he's City's backup, any reason why he couldn't be a good keeper for Sunderland?
He’s got on abit now but always seems to have a howler in him

His stats aren’t bad just haven’t been impressed when watching him

To be fair, it's football, so people get a bit carried away from all sides.

I had someone telling me the latest on Xhaka's transfer negotiations and asking why we hadn't been informed if there's been a new bid.

Fair enough but it's our club conducting what they'd like to be private negotiations, not 'Homes under the Hammer' <laugh>

When I said sarcastically, that in stark reality, 'it's none of our business' people piled on to tell me they're entitled to know ...

... that's where the lines become a little blurred imo.

Yep. Definitely not our business, as we don't have to find the cash, which happily isn't our business either!

Newcastle need to remember they're only Newcastle, and "massive" in their own minds. I tried to explain that to a lad at work a few months ago when Isak was first mentioned with Liverpool. He came up with several reasons why he thought Isak would stay, to each one of them I replied with "you're not Liverpool thought".

Sugdens, dunno who the Merricks are. Farms, tractors and tottie and ITVX to watch if I can’t wait till 7-30. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

I once read they use real booze in the woolpack aswell, you never see one neck a pint and that's why..Not like corra, mechanics in the pub at lunch time, smashing down 7 pints and a whiskey chaser followed by an afternoon of MOTs and a new timing belt on a 2001 ford focus

Does Emmerdale still have farms and tractors in it? Sugdens and Merricks? Just wondering.

I think the tractors were taken by the aliens, who emerged from the aeroplane which crashed into the barn.

The Sugdens and Merricks both went missing in the Great Fire, though are said to mysteriously appear, in translucent form, at every Harvest Festival each year.

I stopped watching after that, when it got a bit far fetched.

Don’t even bother with Corrie these days it’s so unreal and miserable. Emmerdales where the action is.

.
Ya don’t deserve a TV licence with blasphemy like that.
