I love Dan Neil but we are making a huge step up. Positions have been reviewed from the coaching team and I think we need to at least review the captaincy, not saying Dan has done a bad job because he’s been great, saw real leadership qualities in the end of season video but we risk being stagnant if we done at least review this position

Absolutely. I don’t rate Neil as much as some do, either. Gobsmacked at some of his performances last season and not in a good way. Play-off final was pathetic
I look at the 2 month patch he had when he was unreal for us as the player he could become. He needs ti show that consistently tho and over the season I thought he wasnt great
