Just watched a youtube video that popped up on my feed of Tommy Watson's interview at Brighton's training camp yesterday. Made me so ****ing angry. Says he went to Brighton and was blown away by the training ground, wanted to go there because they're the only club around who develop young talent ffs. He LITERALLY spent the first minute talking about him scoring in the championship playoff final as an 18 year old and THEN said Brighton are the only club that give a platform to young talent. Grrrrr

Players are always going to wax lyrical about the clubs they are joining . We’ve had interviews from our new recruits , which we’ve lapped up , telling us that the club is huge and joining is a dream come true . They are getting the fans onside and it’s not meant as any disrespect to the former club .

Yeh I shouldn't have watched it. I was only really annoyed at him saying he wasn't getting chances at Sunderland and stick from the fans after just talking about scoring a playoff winning goal.
 
Re Lucumi, @Bucky1989 hinted yesterday that we'd agreed a deal with Bologna. She said it was "down to the player to decide".

Hopefully she was right and he decides the right way. But it contradicts with that Italian source this morning.

I know the more knowledgeable on European footy were proper excited about the two keepers where I didn’t really know much, but I’m proper dying for xhaka to come here like
