You could argue the striker is one that could if needed wait until closer to the deadline to make sure we get the right one. Obviously sooner is better but with Isidor and Mayenda we're at least covered in the short term.

Right enough. He’ll probably not want to forfeit his bonuses. If his head has been turned and he doesn’t get the move, will he be the same player next season? Seen it loads how it can affect player performance.

Defo need one centre half yesterday. Can probably go longer for the second though. Also keeper needs doing before WHU if we’re gonna do it. Gets so much messier if Patto starts the season.

Sorry for the negative drivel but AFCON!! I'm not sure we need Adingra, Talbi and El Khanouss all as players who can play left wing cutting inside and all of them going to AFCON?

And I know he's more of a 10 but I'm not convinced we'll play with a 10 that often? Would rather a big ****house instead personally.

I don’t think we needed one yesterday. I think in the next 5 days one and a keeper would be advantageous but not a must. As always, better we get the better player than a worse one a week or two before that but there becomes a limit on time. We’re not there yet.
