Well tbf if they're flying over today to sign then we can't exactly put them on the squad list before announcing them.

Yeah in an ideal world, football transfers are very complicated deals though, I don't blame the club for not being able to push them through in time. We clearly got the rug pulled out from under us with both Bulka and Petrovic.
Not blaiming the club one bit. I'm disappointed FOR them not AT them!

The issue Triantis has is we don't have many fit CBs so will likely have to play there
I hope we see Nectar at CB. If he can do a job at CB then his ball skills (now now) could elevate him to a very good prem defender. No chance he gets near our midfield.
It's not disappointing at all. What you wish for in a football world rarely plays out as you expect. I'm happily looking forward to the Portugal games on safc.com.
Eh? I can be disappointed at it if I want? The club will have wanted it as well and all the media reports said we did. I'm not disappointed AT the club. I'm disappointed for them that whatever we wanted hasn't come off yet.
He's not a CB imo, gets caught out loads and his pace will get massively exposed
When you see the squad written down it makes it clear how big the task is in front of the recruitment team.
Yes the business so far has been brilliant but we still have a hell of a lot of work to do.
You can be what you want, but us positives rarely post how happy we are with how things are going. Then you post, so I'll counter, so what, I'm not disappointed.
I'm extremely happy with how things are going, but disappointed the club didn't get the keeper and centre back in before Portugal as they wished. Of course things go wrong, and you're allowed to be disappointed when they do.
This idea that people are "negative" because they're disappointed is ****ing ridiculous.
