All the noise/distraction is about a keeper and centre forward. I expect us to sign a centre back next. We’re intentionally in the news being linked with top players to demonstrate our “ambitious project”. The players’ agents will be in touch with Ghisolfi and not deny, to help keep their players in the news cycle and possibly even use us as a bartering chip.

Downie on site today, expect a story soon about our “ambitious project soon. He’ll be the messenger and say what the club want to put out there, and in return will get the occasional bit of exclusive news to release first.

I trust the club tbh. Let’s see who we actually sign and how they all fit together.

He's literally one of us man, went to East Herra primary school, same one as my little brother went to, he is one of us in every way imaginable, I used to see him about when he was a youth team player, he could do almost anything and be forgiven because he is one of us, the extended family. Forgive or rot in spiteful anger forever.

Think that would be tough to work tbh. Would leave us with 7 for that central area, which feels too much to me. Even more so if a right wing option can also operate inside (eg Amad or Elliott)

That’s a clever way to get round admitting you have no morals, well done.
 
also one thing to bare in mind is that most players dont become available until the end of july start of August, and there is the loan market tooo.
