I think it's more likely that the ITKs weren't hearing anything, they didn't know about Talbi, Sadiki or Diarra, only the players that have been linked by multiple journalists. I don't think that's a coincidence.
 
You'd expect Petrovic to Bournemouth to be all over the rest of the media in the next 20 minutes. If they had been briefed to back off by us they no longer need to.

They definitely hear stuff. What I'm never sold on is how much they embelish what they've heard to make it seem they've heard more.
 
Sunderland love a sh*t sandwich weve had the good news of Reinildo confirmed, now petrovic going elsewhere, so I'm expecting some positive news

I think Petrovic, based on the stats would have been a mega coup on top of the fact that the fee was relatively low for said stats and potential abillity

bit of a unicorn transfer, yes there are keeper who improve us but fee, ability etc all combined for petrovic made it a special deal.

In terms of goals prevented there wouldn't be a massive drop off.
