Good to hear IMO. This bloke has been the lodestar for our progress. An extremely impressive character.

Quite randomly, I just the other day came across an interview he gave to a podcast earlier in the season. It was called Second Tier I think, or something similar.

KS has hugely grown into this job, identifying his own mistakes, setting out clear goals, and gave very clear and articulate answers to questions. No real consultant's gobbledygook.

We would miss this bloke if he was to leave.

Yep i do, he massively kicked on last season so the growth is there as he's just learning the position. Just don't think he will improve to be a PL CM, I think championship will be his limit in England just due to the pace of the game

Good player and 1 I loved watching last season so feel bad saying I don't think he's good enough for us now
