Mmm....I'd revisit your first phrase, please.I'm not being overconfident here, however could you imagine the jawdie nashun meltdoon if we won the FA Cup![]()
Not necessarilyThe "two continental clubs in negotiations" are also a concern.
I don't see this Echo report as much progress towards a resolution as to where he ends up, even if it is indication that its more advanced than sky etc said.

the jimmy tweet about the club being confident of Petrovic and MikautadzeWhat was his last retweet? Haha
Villa also in according to TimesSportNot necessarily
he’s already said to strasbourg he’s not convinced by them yet he’s looking elsewhere
it was said it was German and French clubs after him
unless it’s Dortmund Bayern or Leverkusen in Germany, maybe Frankfurt, I don’t see him going out there
and unless it’s PSG or Marseille he won’t go there
how many of those need a keeper
Again Villa are not gonna sign him unless Martinez sale is about to go throughVilla also in according to TimesSport
Club clearly want to talk with Petrovic as fast as we can to convince him, gonna be hard this like
Because we are a bigger club, play in a bigger stadium and have a huge fanbaseNot sure how we beat bournemouth but fingers crossed
The good thing is the club aren’t going to let him make us waitI'm gonna read between the lines and say we've agreed a contract with Petrovic and until this morning hadn't agreed with Chelsea, but now we have.
Now its just a case of getting Petrovic to choose us and nobody else, hence the push to get it done by the weekend so he doesn't keep us hanging.
Yeah fair enough, definitely more of a championship punt. You must log in or register to see media
They’ve also lost players and could lose more or even their manager if someone in the PL is sacked early.Because we are a bigger club, play in a bigger stadium and have a huge fanbase
Yes Bournemouth have been in the PL longer but that doesn't mean he will go to them. If they were playing in Europe I'd say they have a better chance but both teams are playing in the PL next season.
Players will go with the move they think is best for their development (and sometimes where they'll get the most money), they don't necessarily pick a team just because they've played in a league for longer
Wishful thinking, just to see the absolute meltdown in Tyneside haha, I’m optimistic mate as I always am, great end to last season and looking like a cracking start to this season, as always haway haway hawayMmm....I'd revisit your first phrase, please.
Yep i just don't see how we can't compete with teams like Bournemouth just because they've been in the PL for longer. I could understand it more if they were playing in Europe. They’ve also lost players and could lose more or even their manager if someone in the PL is sacked early.
our season will likely play out as we expect
The core of the team is staying anywayI know a lot of people worrying about if the squad will gel with so many moves, won't be a problem if we sign the whole Strasbourg team.
Our incredible play off second leg, play off final and the ending will have made people take note of the potential we have. Back that with a well respected coaching team, ambition and investment and we are a pull. It’s rarely not all joins up here. Maybe a year pre market crash when Quinn was here.Because we are a bigger club, play in a bigger stadium and have a huge fanbase
