My mindset has shifted recently with all the transfer news. Players who we might have retained / loaned out and then thought they'd be good to have in case we get relegated this season, they're no longer necessary.

The club seem to 100% be focused on consolidating in the Premier League. No half arsing. Players that aren't good enough for mid table Premier can go. No keeping on championship-at-best level players in case we get relegated.

Yep bang on. It would be incredible to see all of these lads who won promotion thrive in the PL but if we’re truthful a lot aren’t good enough or not good enough YET. Being squad players and getting minutes in the prem will still bring them on leaps and bounds but we can’t afford to be a worse team for the sake of player development. The club have to be ruthless and they’re absolutely going about it the right way. Nothing to say the likes of Rigg, Mundle, Mayenda etc won’t be regulars in the near future but as of right now we need players who improve us massively based on where we were last season.

Sadly my take on this has been almost none of our players are good enough for the PL

No disrespect to him because I agree with you completely

I’d be surprised if after a couple hours it didn’t continue, media is brutal and they’re making their living

Hopefully there’s plenty memorials for the him and his brother
