Ballard's a bit softly spoken and seems quite shy to me. Trai seems the type who'd both lead by example on and off the pitch.

edit I’ve met Ballard a couple of times when I’ve been around Tynemouth he’s genuinely a lovely bloke but was fairly quiet now that you mention it, me shouting BALLARD in his face probably didn’t help mind
