In regards to the Bulka stuff and all the interested clubs my only hope is hanging onto the fact we seem to be the only ones actively in talks and it was posted by Fabrizio which surely should mean he is happy to come here. These days when clubs get in talks, that means the player is happy with the potential move.

Not to be that guy but empoli would likely fly from Florence airport

unless we couldn’t get a private jet there and in which case it could be either

He might live the west side of Empoli and be more convenient than driving into Florence and dealing with the city traffic.

Clutching here.

Is there any actual way to tell if private flights are football related in any way, as they likely aren't anything to do with it haha

I get that but he’d have many better options. Quality player

Agreed. Absolutely not saying we shouldn't try for him, and of course we'd have a chance. It just feels a 5% chance considering established prem clubs will want him, not least the club that brought him up at Fulham. He has the chance to go back to his boyhood club and live where he grew up in west london and be the main guy for them. All whilst playing for one of the best coaches around. I don't see why he'd pick us over that, if I'm honest. Everything we can offer, other than "size of club" kinda gets trumped by Fulham. And I'm not sure "size of club" matters much to players in comparison to the status of that club within the league. And Fulham are more established than us.

Yep, maybe it’s the sort of signing we can dream of if we survive first season and start to build in the league…
