Bulka coming in doesn't mean Patto leaves. Patto might back himself to remain number 1 or at least challenge for it.
That said, if one of the european qualified clubs want Patto as a number 2 for home grown reasons, and offer us good money, there at least is some sense in accepting a deal for Patto, banking the pure profit for PSR reasons, and bringing in a second keeper to be Bulka's back up.
To me it remains a shame though, especially after that save in the playoff final. Was hoping to see Patto play for us in the premier league. But if ambition means we are aiming higher we have to do whats right overall.

I don't think Fab would ever post something false for an agent mind. He said we have opened talks, so i'd usually bet that's true when Fab says it
yeh not saying he'd knowingly do it. I meant more than it might have been leaked by an agenet to encourage bids. So its almost certainly true, and he'll have verified it with us I'm sure.
