Its because Eddie Howe seems to have managed to take control of their entire recruitment department and he only wants proven premier league starters and seems to tunnel vision on them one at a time. He picks well but its an expensive game that has already went tits up once with Guehi. At least they might be able to sign Tim Krul again.

Cirkin has had more than his fair share of injuries unfortunately and maybe Mundle was unlucky but it was also his first full season of 1st team football with us and he had long periods out with hamstring issues.

We definitely could sign both but wouldn't be keen on Bischoff at LB, I was hoping we'd improve left back and he's not better than Cirkin in that position

Have only seen a small amount of Bischoff but he very much strikes me as an occasional left back at best. Versatility is definitely important, but I'd imagine he'd be looking to join a club like SAFC with a primary aim of affecting things further forward.

I am not convinced Mundle should b starting LW and he has had injury problems - I would definitely want a quality player in on that position - yes we need RW, CM and CB starters also - and better back up or starters at LB, RB, CM and ST - would be very happy if we got this guy - I suspect at 5.1 million, we want Bischoff, but also reckon we will have major competition for him at that price
