The top teams could be really really strong this season like

liverpool with wirtz, frimpong and kerkez
Arsenal after rodrygo, morgan rodgers and sesko
Man city strengthened already with reijnders and ait nouri
Chelsea have delap in, want another striker and maignan

even man u have cunha in probly mbemo and are keeping fernandes

be interesting to see how it plays out

I think this is potentially good for us in a strange way. Less points gifted to Wolves, Brentford, Fulham, West Ham, Palace, Bournemouth and Everton from the big clubs means that they're all more likely to finish on fewer points, meaning they're easier to catch (in theory).

They're all much better teams than us at present but we have to aim to beat everyone in that list at least once and then pick up 4 points from Leeds and Burnley to throw us in the mix for survival.

Hopefully Man Utd & Spurs improve too and leave less points available for that whole mid table pack.

Millwall defender Japhet Tanganga is attracting strong interest from the trio of newly-promoted Premier League clubs, with Leeds United, Sunderland and Burnley among those keen on a move for the defender, GIVEMESPORT understands.

Sources have confirmed to GMS that Tanganga has a release clause in his contract worth just under £2 million, making him an affordable option for clubs looking to bolster their defensive options without breaking the bank.

Add to that brentford and wolves losing their best players so far

cant wait to see who we bring in

Not overly keen on Tanganga. Said it a lot recently but at that fee I understand it to help build the squad but he's another that can't be starting a lot of games. Has the physicality we need but he relies a lot on that to get him out of situations his poor positioning and awareness has put him in and I think PL forwards would exploit that.

If that's an alternative to Mepham and we're still looking for a main starter then fine.

I don't rate him at all, he's a good championship CB only imo

I’ll be absolutely amazed if he has watched even 1 of the games that jobe has played
I am not going to defend talksport of all things.

What I would say is he isnt Jude, and nor does he want to be. And it is fair to say at the same age Jude was the better player.

Probably mentioned this before. I used to know a coach at Brum. He said they had never seen anyone like Jude in academy football. Everyone wanted him. Jobe definitely a slower burn, but this last season has shown he is cut from a very similar cloth. I think he will play Premier League after Dortmund, that is where their paths will diverge.

Just let Jobe develop as he will. He will be a serious player in his own right.

I'm sure I read somewhere when we signed him that there was a quote that said that Jobe was/would be the better player of the 2. We've been able to watch him for the last few years and no doubt KS will try and persuade him to stay for 1 more. All I can say is this year he's been immense in some games and that tackle against Coventry in the play off was something special
