Salford want to keep young next year according to Nixon, if he’s going out on loan I think he needs to go to a bigger club no disrespect but bigger crowds with bigger expectations will stand him in good stead for breaking in here
And a team that won't drop him for a 34 year old journeyman after 1 "poor" game against the current Champions League holders.

He won't be going back there.

I think a loan to Wycombe if they miss out on promotion would be ideal. We know he'd be in good hands with Doddsy.

Digressing here but outgoings. I like Huggins I also think Alese looks good however with their injuries are they still worth keeping? I think Huggins has been unlucky with his but been out a long long time. Unsure if they are still under contract

Couldn’t care less if Alese moved on. He’s decent but 24 y/o now and played nowhere near enough football. 41 league games played here in 3 seasons…

If Alese and Huggins can stay fit they will be big players for us next season. Alese especially could be a beast of a centre half

Think I'm fine with Hjelde being that squad option as LB/LCB, not his biggest fan but seems a good character around the squad too.

Huggins worth keeping until we sign another natural right back and left back, but once that happens he can move on for sure.

Totally agree but when he gets injured it isnt a 1 or 2 week niggle. It seems to be 6-8 weeks.
We rushed him back for the Luton semi final and he broke down, then had a great start to the season and got a bad one then came back and had a leg break in the cup game.

To me that's unfortunate, especially the leg break. He's no more Injury prone than Ballard imo

Aji is an absolute sick note, let’s be honest. League games played since they joined the club

Ballard - 81
Alese - 41

Need better than both of them if we went up anyways. Ballard would possibly have a squad place but if we sign Mepham then he'd be 3rd choice RCB.

Difference is Alese had had a broken leg, rushed back from a thigh injury when we were desperate and made it worse.

Ballards injuries always seem to be the same knee / hamstring areas
