It’s a shame we gave Neil the armband imo because if we weren’t to go up I’d offer Mepham captaincy as a sweetener to sign. Not saying he won’t sign without like it’s sounding positive and I do really like Hume as a captaincy option but nothing better than a big, solid no-nonsense CB captain leading from the back.

Lad I knows adamant Henderson’s coming back, he’s never got anything right in the past so just going to chuck it in the mix while we’re all at it 
with the Watson are looking to make CMs deal perm, he is up for the move as he feels if he signs a contract ext at Bournemouth he will just be loaned out again,

Tbf it does sound like we've had conversations about it, don't think he wants to drop to the championship.

Fair enough I’m scarred from Defoe so not sure nostalgia signings are the way to go, I know he’s at a different level to Defoe when he came back but always wary about players/managers coming back
Yeah - also think the club would only sign him if it was on a free as per the transfer policy. Although that could possibly be more flexible this summer.
