One thing that hadn't occured to me until now, is that Ghisolfi will also affect future Head Coach appointments.
I love Reggie and am in no way saying I'm ready for him to be replaced. But he will be eventually. It's exciting knowing Ghisolfi will be the one hunting, even if alongside Speakman. (although I still think Speakman will be gone within a year)

It's actually quite unbelievable when you compare it to last night.
My only thought on why Diarra might not be announced is because we haven't announced Ghisolfi yet and he will be in the statement for his signing you'd think. Does he have to wait till July 1st for an announcement?
