Least they'll get decent value when someone inevitably takes him.

Surely Leeds and Burnley would be targeting better than George Hirst after promotion…

Exactly the kind of player we need to be moving on this summer. We have too many taking a wage and not contributing enough.

Though I don't dislike many of our current players, we're bloated with players that are either never fit enough to play or don't contribute enough when they do.

Obviously we can't sell everyone, but I wouldn't be against any/all of the below moving on this summer:

Aouchiche, Ba, Ekwah, Matete, Huggins, Anderson, Poveda, Seelt, Alese, Cirkin, Ballard, Browne and Roberts.

Some of them are very obvious, some of them can contribute to the first team if they stayed. I just think they occupy space without being available enough. In the case of the last half of the list, I think the fees we could get would be worth it.

Agree with the majority of them. Alese, Cirkin and Huggins would be the exceptions. I'm sure RLB would like to assess Huggins over the summer. We've seen first hand what a good player he can be and can play right or left side. He's been incredibly unlucky with injuries, so hopefully we'll assess him in the close season.

Personally, I would add Jones to your list. From what I've seen, he's lower Championship material at best

Alese and Huggins can't stay fit and earn first team wages. They're spots that we could fill with more reliable options.

I love Cirkin, but he's been inconsistent this season and his injury record is spotty. The reason he would be on my list is that I think we could get big money for him that could be reinvested for better value.

Jones has only played a couple of games, it's too early to say what he can be. He's also a youth player on low wages who will happily be a back up.

Would love to see us sign Damion Downs from Köln if we’re talking about Bundesliga 2 players but it will never happen unfortunately

Me too. Superb centre forward

Work with a Cov season ticket holder. He says Gyokeres is very one dimensional. Maybe he's improved and changed his game since he left, but he said he was one dimensional, and needed lots of chances to put one away.

Every time I watched him for Coventry, he was superb, especially against us <doh> His record at Sporting is unbelievable too. I think he’s got the lot.

Like I say, he's probably improved, but he's astounded that he's scored so many.

If we can crack the attacking side of our game again, I think our style is well-suited for a newly promoted PL side. We are supposed to be able to control a game without the ball and be deadly on the counter. I can see it suiting better than the other promoted clubs that tried to be possession-heavy.

Red and white tinted glasses on, I think we're more like Forest than the other teams who have been promoted. However they did buy about 500 players when they went up.

Seen a few teams in the championship buying players from the eredevisie with no fuss, wonder if Stije Resink would be a possibility to replace Dan Neil.

Osimhen is only 26 ffs. Really hope he doesn’t go to Saudi but it’s looking likely
