That's fair enough, sounds like you don't have a different view because that's exactly what I was saying will happen and has happened so far. We agree a lot of the development happened after the first season over the summer when the player gets time to reflect, rest and come back to a month of training.

However, there's no harm in not making Rigg need to be first choice and I'm definitely of the opinion we should sign someone in his position for him to challenge with.
The only worry I have is RLBs apparent tendency to avoid rotation. Particularly if he has an amount of early success, evidence of last season (plus his time in France iirc) suggests he may largely stick with an XI.

You'll know more than me mate, in terms of the interest. I just heard from safc side this afternoon that's their next step.
Last time I heard from a couple of scouts they were saying the interest in Mayenda had really increased last few months of the season

He has a bit of everything and will only get better

He will start next season as our 1st choice CF

Yeah that's valid, he also showed how once a player gets a chance and takes it he'll stick by them for a while. Rigg took his chance when Browne had a niggle and didn't look back, there'll inevitably be injuries next season and it'll be nice to hardly have any drop in quality.

In a weird way the PL might be better for not rotating as much. The championship play every few days so often so need to rotate - PL it's more weekend to weekend
