I'm optimistic for the same reason, its Fabrizio Romano and he's claiming an exclusive. And also importantly for me he said we're in talks with Nice, not in talks with Bulka. In the olden days that would be bad news but in this new world you have to assume its because Bulka has already agreed to join us.
