A lot of Russian players are actively trying to leave because of it, if you happen to be in the country when some nutter starts a war there ain't much you can do.
It's fine though. We paid £3m for him and had 2 very good seasons out of him. We can also get on with our business knowing exactly where we stand.
The reality is that another £5m and you'll be saying it's a good deal, but the clauses will make that up anyway so there'll be little difference.
