Roberts and Mundle would be sub options in the prem for me. I’d want two starting wingers to come in for them.

That’s not to say Mundle won’t start games himself, it’s a squad game and there’s really rare that you get to pick your preferred 11

Heard via a relative of one of the squad players that they were given £250k as a bonus as the lad went out and bought himself a new car out of it.

I'm tempted to agree with yourself and Flash but I think we need a top level (ceiling-wise) striker to compete and provide cover for Mayenda. Defence is very important but we've got to load the side with enough goal threat up front.

Mundle was the one I was thinking of, has to be given a chance

Mayenda is quality and has so much potential and I do like Isidor but to me we need to make sure we have that physical striker who has some pedigree to support imo and Danns isn’t it. There’s gonna be games where we need the striker to get the ball to stick, hold it up etc. I don’t want a player like Danns being that

Kieffer Moore assisted our winning goal in the playoff final so could be an option :D

Why, after 170 odd games at 23 and captaining our team back to the premier league would we not move heaven and earth to do that? He has been brilliant as a player and now as a leader.

Add to this he is a local lad who loves this club. We could sign a better player, maybe more experienced, but never one that will give as much, or care as much.

We all throw names around like confetti in thinking about next season. But my own opinion is there has to be room for lads like Dan in our 11. If we play next season with Neil, Rigg, Hume, ONien, Jobe, Patto as bit part players we have rippes the heart out of something we as suporters havent had in 30 years. A team we can connect with.

Folk say there is no room for sentimentality. Of course there is. Football is a game of passion, and beauty, and commitment. We know we have lads who will give every last drop of sweat for us fans. And us fans have shown what they mean to us. That in itself is potent in any football match.

Football is about stories, and memories, and moments. It is about going on a journey, together, with mates. Lets keep the unbelievable core we have, those that never said die these last couple of seasons, and complement them carefully.

If he thinks he would play more then possibly, once we have made a couple signings it should be easier to see what our range of targets is - currently not sure whats possible.

Forest came up and spent 20m on Union Berlins top scorer (theyd just finished 5th same as freiburg)
