I love our rivalry. Just walked passed a big fat 20 klem Geordie fan on my family holiday with my lass, my lads and her daughter.
Im wearing my Sunderland top, him his Newcastle top and i honestly think if we weren't on a Haven site we'd have thrown hands with eachother. The hatred in our eyes as we passed was next level. It took me a few seconds after to remember where i was and who i was with.

Bit of a shame for triantis. Think we managed him well with his loans, he did his bit and stood out massively. Then because of our defensive injuries he can’t get a chance in midfield in preseason but if we’re being honest he wouldn’t have made the bench as a midfielder now.

If he was a couple of years younger we would have loaned him again imo but makes sense for all parties to let him go on a permanent. Probs made a profit anarl. Good luck to the lad.

We would have made a good profit

I'm pleased we've sold him, as its the right thing to do. Go let him find a permanent home rather than getting loaned out again - he's at the age now where he should be playing regular senior football

I rate him and expect him to have a cracking career, hopefully goes from strength to strength - plus sounds like we have a sell on % so the more money he goes for the better

Fully agree mate. This is another part of our identity moving players at the right time, hopefully better than when we found them and building that reputation.

People will think of the jobe and Clarke kind of sales but these ones soon stack up. Few hundred grand from lesser known leagues and end up moving them on for 300% profits. All good stuff
