I kinda agree but only disappointment for me is that we are now down to 0 left wingers during AFCON.
Lauriente is super awkward. Think it’s easier to get away with this sort of thing in lower leagues (eg that left back from Liverpool) where there’s less scrutiny but when Romano is posting plane pics it’s a lot more problematic.
As for Reg and the midfield, I think it’s fair to look at the performance last night and see it as the one with the most potential. What does concern me is the prospect of Reg deciding on his first XI and running till the wheels fall off. I don’t think you can really do that at pl level. And you certainly can’t do that if our first team squad is north of 25 as it’s shaping up to be right now. He’ll have to make sure that he’s keeping players fresh and involved.

I just don’t believe “we’ve moved away after failing to conclude a full agreement”. He wouldn’t have been on a plane coming for a medical if everything either wasn’t agreed or was very close, in which case, it’s surely not completely off?

Im not and its great to see he has top opposition now so he'll need to be top of his game every match he plays now, same goes with Roberts. Theyve both pretty much been guaranteed a start for far too long now.

Interesting, why would you bother travelling for a medical as the player and why would selling club let the player go unless there was full agreement.
