Generally speaking people can concentrate intently for 20 mins max. Some techniques for improving focus, like Pomodoro, suggest a break at set times, to allow a next set time of better focus. Sounds a bit like what Ramsdale talks about.

I'm happy with that, could work if we have Talbi as a direct winger whipping crosses in, he's a proper handful for defenders with his strength and height
Yeah consistently one of the worst finishers I've seen, but he gets to the right areas so there's something there.

his finishing is poor
Yeah I think he has near on 200 shots and 30xG.
Mind a lot of his underperformance comes from missing all his headers, his general finishing improved this season from last and he didn't miss as many sitters.
