We've gone from Speakman picking the team to the GK coach directing transfers
that would be a massive come down after being linked to Bulka and Petrovic, I think in that scenario i'd rather keep Patto
I do think the GK coach might get involved or at least asked an opinion on keeper recruitment but there's no way it would go beyond that. He certainly wouldn't be able to say "sign Sam Johnstone". But he might be able to say "look at Sam Johnstone, I work well with him and he'd be a good fit". Which can then be taken up or ignored.
Here we go...... Manchester United accept 40m pound bid from Sunderland for Andre Onana and he is now enroute to the North east.

Filip Jörgensen. They also have Mike Penders who is quite well rated but probably a bit young.
