Re. Petrovic. He has agreed to come, the fee is set and we have met the valuation but for some unknown reason Chelsea have gone quiet and have not responded to the agreed fee offer.
I reckon there is some financial timing issue going on at their end rather than second thoughts at the clubs or players end so hopeful it will be sorted soon

At a guess prioritising shifting Madueke for bigger money to avert UEFA sanctions.
Im clueless with those type of things so don't know but from my conversation I definitely got the impression it was Chelsea waiting on something out of our control
