so who are you going to sell as you need to if as stated you wish to refresh the squad plus you need to reduce your wage bill.Nope ... we've already stipulated we don't want player swaps ... Chelsea apparently wanted to give us £40 million and Loftus- Cheek, which we knocked back out of hand ...
Same record ... Maddison, Fofana and Harvey Barnes are not for sale ...
No-one. @FosseFilberto is absolutely correct, they will sell no players whatsoever, instead they are currently in negotiations with a company called Sixth Streets. Not sure if anyone has heard of them?

Good on the La Liga authorities if true. The various ivory tower cretins running the PL would have simply asked 'how high?'.
The levels Barca are sinking at every turn as they face a financial crisis of their own making is obscene. They are now blackmailing De Jong with legal action to revert to a previous contract or leave the club because the more lucrative contract he agreed in 2020 they're saying was illegal
In effect, it's a way of getting out of their obligation to pay the £17m they owe him from the new contract. Apparently same situation with about 4 or 5 other Barca players, some of who are Barca legends in terms of what they've achieved at the club.All of this does make me wonder why, particularly this transfer window, any big name player would still want to go there, given how they're treating existing players.

Does this mean the raft of Chelsea targets new players they just signed can't be registered to play?

That'd be a good fee for a player who has looked below par, a probable loss of just a few million. Though I thought he himself has refused the move.

your wage bill to revenue is too high and according to transfermarkt you have 9 players out of contract next summer so if you don't sell some you are storing up bigger problems .
We'll sell players ... but not those that would be marquee signings for other clubs (with the exception of Youri Tielemans) ... Kaspar was one if the top 3 wage earners purportedly ...
Do you mean us being above Liverpool aphabeically ... or Fulham being above us on the same basis (but below Brentford)?
you don't actually get to choose which of your players other clubs bid for.
