All of which ignores the fact that he still has 2 years to run on his current contract and is a player that his central to his current team's ambitions.

Yes there might be a price that we would sell any player for ... but in Maddison's case that wouldn't be anything close to £40 million ... as Brendan Rodgers made very clear after yesterday's game.

You've listed names. About 3 of them are any good........2 of them have potential, and if you're seriously suggesting Choudhry to Newcastle then I'm guessing your using story's that are a year old rather than a month old.

... and those players have helped the club finish in the top 8 three times in the last 3 seasons and fifth twice ... so they are proven to be way better than your shower of ****e ... you'd get vertigo that high <laugh>

It means he isn't in control and had very little say in that side of the business.

Actually we finished top half 3 years ago and more times than most prem clubs.
