Facts were all there mate ... you tried to change / suggested you could change the parameters of an already agreed wager - that rendered said wager null and void ... quite simple .... no welching, no bottling because from that point there was no longer a wager .... only a lesson in life for Ponky - act the twat and get treated like a twat.. both happened, time to let it go now Ponks. <cheers>

There was never any stipulation that the winner couldn't consult other posters for avi suggestions. Indeed, that's a time honoured part of the bantz to throw it out to the community. Even having said that, I already had one lined up for him anyway.

He's bottled it, and he's gone full HIAG in trying to squirm out of it.

<wah><wah><wah> ... simple really Ponky ... the wager was agreed between you and I ... there was no right to sub-contract the forfeit in the 'contract' either real or implied ... if there had been I would not have bothered having the wager with you in the first place and would have had it directly with the sub-contractor ... your attempt to sub-contract without prior agreement from me rendered the wager null and void ... suck it up Ponks... that's the way the cookie crumbles ... the fact that you are still crying about it is rather funny ... and also rather reminiscent of how Haggy had you spiralling endlessly <cheers>

Most deals are done in instalments but they’d likely have to try spreading the deal over a ridiculous amount of them to the point where it just wouldn’t be worthwhile for Leeds.

Funny if they pull it off though I highly doubt it.

They haven’t even been able to officially register Kessie and Christnesen yet due to FFP with rumours they may even have to try and adjust the player’s contracts.
