Stories in the Press this morning are that the Goons may have pulled out ... plus an admission that talks were never as advanced as some were claiming ... who knew? <doh>

Cruel for them to have had those simpleton Ponky types over polishing their stabilizer wheels and frantically shuffling their bookmarks ... the poor little mugs :emoticon-0136-giggl

Club has said that nobody has made an offer yet ... and Tielemans himself has stated that whilst he might go, he might also stay, loves the place and is in no rush, blah, blah ...

... contract extension still on the table ...

He's a very good player and I'm happy enough for him to stay ...although I suspect the club would be happy enough to sell him for the right price ... now or in January ...<cheers>

I do think it’ll happen and I’ve said it a few times on our board too.

I’d love to be wrong and we have something else lined up but he seems like Paratici’s main attacking target, he upgrades on Bergwijn and Lucas and his versatility is handy but he ain’t worth £50m+ and ultimately I just can’t stand the guy, know for a fact I’ll get wound up watching him diving all over the gaff.

His "performance" against us was easily the most cynical pathetic display i have ever seen in an English game . I normally shrug off the rampant cynicism in modern football but christ i loath that prick .
He is in the same bracket as El Hadji Diouf for me .

Yeh that was a pathetic disgrace, wernt just him either lamps obviously told Pickford and the rest to waste every possible second they could from the 1st whistle.

Hes Diego Costa, Suarez and Benteke all in one

It's going to be even more difficult for Leicester this season because villa Newcastle and wolves are going to be better.

You'll need to buy some players not just keep living under the illusion that your youth is better than it actually is as we saw last season.

Nope... the owners have plenty of dosh ... but Brenda has said that those who aren't getting a lot of game time should look for other clubs ..

So I think we will see
Vestergaard
Soyuncu (Inter are said to be very keen)
Mendy
Praet (shame - I'd keep him)
Choudhry
Albrighton (might be kept for sentimental reasons)
Perez ... and possibly Bertrand, moved on ....

Not sure about Iheanacho ... and also whether we would want to make Lookman's deal permanent ...

Key retains are Justin, Fofana, Maddison, Dewsbury-Hall, Ndidi, Barnes and Vardy ...

We rarely stand still ... check the trophy records since 2008 ... solid sustained progression ... certainly not worried about a few new kids on the block ... not when we've outperformed all but Citeh, Pool and Chelsea over the last decade .... United, Arsenal, Spurs (and others) have all outspent us over that period ... just goes to show, money ain't no guarantee of success<cheers>
