Didn’t say he was. Just think that whoever at the club is content with Murphy, Longstaff and Wood getting regular game time is off their ****ing head.
Yeah, this is the point. Forest, Southampron and others have shown you don't need to break the bank to upgrade on those type players. They have brought some people in for fairly low transfer fees that would be way better options than Murphy, Wood & Longstaff.

It doesn't even have to be that big though (as much as I'd like to see them here).
Even Mara cost Southampton something like £10m and showed more ability in a 20 minute sub appearance than Murphy has in his entire career. If it's about costs and/or FFP then we can still enhance the squad depth without breaking the bank.
