If its genuine all this, we have gone in with 40m been told they want 60m and then gone in with apparently a figure "around 50m" but was reportedly BELOW 50m.

That is beyond cheapskate right there.

I thought we were being taken for a ride and would be seeing figures like 80 to 100m for him. But if they're gonna bend over for 60m and we're still not even willing to go for over 50?

Laughable, we're not a serious contender.

I think they'll land him for 55. I guess if the the went straight in at 60 Leicester would have said no 70.

See if they actually go in for a third bid, which I suspect would be a successful endeavor. If we give up now, I will chuckle, not take our lot serious at all and imagine almost all transfer activity is for appearances.

People will say I'm being harsh, but if we're not going to try and sign these players, I'd rather we not bid for them.

They'll get the guy like... It's only another 5... They probably could have paid well over that if they went in at 60 the 1st time.
