Keeper, defence and midfield all stellar there, just a few questions marks in the front line - ie Wilson is a injury waiting to happen, ASM is erratic and Almirion goes off the boil.
Lets be honest, Almiron has never hit the boil. He's had a good pre season, that goes without question but I'm still no where near convinced he has what it takes at the top level.
Some reports that we have just put in an increased offer of £33.5million for Jack Harrison. Think they are originating from that FootMercato site though.
Wot offer was rejected? £25m?
33.5 should be enough to get him and he's awesome, but are we still looking at him if there's a chance of Maddison?
Its likely we have some encouragement on the Maddison deal hence sticking with it. I should think he may fancy the move as they seem to be standing still / going backwards a bit but we are going in the opposite direction right now. He's definitely good. Would be very interesting signing if we can get it done. Our midfield on paper looks like it would be class.

Again, being honest, I'd much rather have Brazil's #10, but not sure how easy we'd find it to make that deal really happen.

Maddison would be a ridiculous signing - don't like the lad as I think he's a bit of a diver but his quality is undeniable and he'd cover a variety of positions. Not the striker that we've been mainly touted in the last few weeks so could be we are still in for one in the background as well. Maddison and Sesko and I'd have to go back and change my Screenshot prediction to top 2

Tbf we only think that cos of the game King Power last season, and Laecelles gave him a great opportunity to do that by sticking his leg out like a utter goon to give Maddison the perfect opportunity to run straight into it.
That may be true but he's still a cheating prick (unless he's our cheating prick)...
