I'm sorry but even if you take the Youtube video with a pinch of salt, what cannot be ignored is the fact he has NO caps at U17, U19 and U21 for France. None. He has had one tiny purple patch, his own chairman was shocked at the valuation and he looks physically weak. Yes, there's a few stats that could be interpreted as him being a late bloomer, but if you dig around the Reims fan base they're even more surprised than the chairman and don't rate him at all. He didn't do much in Denmark, didn't do much in the the Reims 'B' team either.

He may end up being a Newcastle player, the scouts may well know way more than me and he might become a star. I won't be losing any sleep if he doesn't get bought.

All that and you’re wrong! He has represented France. He got injured remember and everyone thought it was off at that point but he was back a few days later. This was for the U20

So in other words you don't know you've just drawn a conclusion that suits your narrative.

You might be correct, but only time will answer that question and if Ekitike ends up playing well at a big club I'll be sure to remind you.

You've fired your guns too soon mate.... I accepted it was time to move on when the club did because they know what was going on as apposed to what fans think was going on.

I haven't yielded on my position that he's a good player and hasn't taken the move to Newcastle because he had other things in mind like bigger clubs.

In other news I agree we don't need to lose any sleep because there's plenty more fish in sea.

I kinda miss the days where transfers were just boom done.. The entire thing being played out and taking ages spoils it..

I'm already bored of Botmans before it's been announced. I'm already wondering and sniffing around for the next signing.

This gouri guy looks great on youtube and the scouts like him.
