There is a whisper on twitter that there may be an announcement today regarding official shirt release with sponsor. This however needs to be taken with a mountain of salt as this conversation was between Burnsie and Sean Cassey. I honestly think Burnsie should start writing books, he seems to be very very imaginative and never seems to struggle with writers block <laugh>

The sponsor is not going to be a mega deal in financial terms. It will be far far better than what we currently have. No where near City levels though.

Think I'm going down a tourism thing first then Saudi Golf then Aramco then further down the list Saudia.

Wouldn't be surprised to see a combination of several of them in different forms - Shirt sponsor, sleeve sponsor, training kit sponsor, ground sponsor, training ground sponsor, corporate partner, strategic partner etc.

Question seems to be what order they come in and how much they will be worth but general consensus seems to be much better than current deal but no where near the City/Liverpool/United type deals.

Because the 'big six' have decided to give themselves the power to block new sponsorship deals if they decide it's too much money... Yeah, definitely won't be able to drop a mega deal on them and laugh.
 
Am I the only one who thinks we may not need to purchase as many players as we thought because the players we currently have can continue to be developed?

115m - Maybe we have to sacrifice on of these? Will we have this much? Perhaps botman?

Or sell a decent player to contribute maybe Miggy?

That would be enough for one window.

In theory we don't need Paquetta. He would be nice but he isn't an essential. We need a LWB and Striker as priority. Then Keeper, CB and RW. in my view.

I understand, I wonder why it is we seem to be making him our top priority? Our midfield is our strongest position.

I'd personally prefer we invest elsewhere, but it seems almost nailed on we're signing him.
