    BBC reckon he’s the 20th.

I don’t think I have ever seen that many signings in one window by one club.

I'm happy with what the club has done this summer. Can't fix everything on one window and think they have done well with who we have signed.

Utter clusterfuck, can't see this going anywhere other than tits up. The team that got them promoted now has 20 other players in there in a huge miasma of "who knows who the **** is gonna play and where they're gonna play".

This makes me feel glad that our signings have been careful, and players who will fit into the team in terms of personality and suitability, as well as talent and skill.

I think nearly all of our outgoings have been undisclosed fees so very hard to work out what our net spend has been

Peanuts compared with Chelsea and Man United.

And yet we are the ones buying the league. <laugh>

It's been a record transfer window and the 'big 6' make up a huge proportion of the spend. Just shows how worried they are.

Just hearing that Liverpool can have until tonight at 11pm to make more transfers if they want because Klopp cried some more.

Window is a B- for me. Would've been a C or lower but for the signing of Isak. Solid first XI, though RCB, RCM and RW could all be markedly better. Piss poor depth, again particularly down the right where we're a couple of injuries from seeing Manquillo and Murphy.

Desperately need to sort the scouting. Current method of approaching a mid table PL club and trying to buy their best players, off the back of great seasons, for half their value is ****ing idiotic. Actually it's beyond idiotic. There will be a number of players who moved in this window we should and could have bought.

All in all I think it's risky. We will not keep our best (Bruno, Isak, Botman) unless we're really striving to achieve. All on Howe to make it work, really.

Would have liked a CM and a RW in there as Shelvey is out till the new year minimum from what I've heard, so the 4 CM's of Bruno, Joelinton, Willock and Longstaff will need to be backed up by Anderson and Almiron if we are short of numbers in the CM as we are right now.

Isak can play on the wing so I'm hoping it's him and Maxi for the majority once both and Wilson are fit. Fraser and Almiron again as back up but god forbid Murphy get's more than cup games. I want him to do well but I just don't see it.

If only you were in charge Roland, we could be sure the club would be in safe hands.

Agree depth could be better and a RW would really have been nice, but to suggest we'll struggle to hold on to our best, or have lacked ambition is absurd, based on what we've done in a year.
